Bert, from NW Mini emailed me because he know I kind of like to mod my Mini.  He said he has a set of 1st Gen JCW springs for a Cooper.  They are willing to sell them for $600 installed.  I told him I have added new springs already but would post it on the forum. I asked what they might go for unistalled since my buddy Pat is now a pro installing springs.  Bert said for now they would prefer to sell them installed (but if you're interested, it can't hurt to ask again).  Anyone interested, please contact Bert at:

Thanks Mitch for the info.

It is a nice offer by Bert, but since they are not worth more then 200 bucks I do not see the deal except for NWMini.

When I can buy new springs for 250 dollars and with help from the Mini Guru a suspension job is no biggy.

Just like a 200 dollar oil change, 400 for labor is a little over the top for a spring change.
