The other day I was actually out getting parts for my Mazda B2200 when it broke down, again. I'm tired of buying cheap, cool old cars - besides obviously not getting anything back financially I've had bad luck (or bad taste?) ... VW Corrado x4, Datsun 510, etc.

It just hit 37,000 miles on my first "long" drive earlier today!

Great-looking MINI all round, and I too love the 2-tone interior. Very nice!

Thanks guys! The interior was the deal sealer, I really wanted BRG but didn't want to drive an hour to Tacoma.

I'm in Lynnwood near 148th and Jefferson/Ash Way. I'll try to get myself to the Saturday morning Frost gtg Smile

Love your car!  I'm an R50 lover anyway, but when you combine Pepper White with that Panther Black and Cordoba Beige interior I'm really loving it!  I have the same interior on my BRG/W '02, but with the silver accents (you have something called anthricite- it's the dark grey accents).

Thanks for joining- sometimes I feel lost in the hood scoops around here...

Some past cars for your entertainment.

The now deceased B that the Coop' is replacing - instead of replacing that engine Wink
The truck is going to a Great home though. My buddy Kev has a 2 story garage by his house, dude already has four B series trucks and is a huge fan of them and the minitruck scene Clap

and my E30 before that ..

SER Spec V back in '03 - I swear I would still have this one to this day, what a riot! 2.5l engine, 6 speed, factory LSD and all. I was t-boned in '06 or '07 at 55,000 miles.

and my last and most badass Corrado G60 of the four -

I can't find pics of the other 3 Corrados (2 more supercharged G60s and 1 VR6) or the 510 though.

Pepper made it to 40,000 miles last night, she's still a baby! I think I parked at 40,019 or so.

Welcome!

That's an exceptionally clean MINI for a 2004 ...and only 40,000 miles? That's quite a find you've got. Thanks for posting all the pics! That interior is impressive... It looks like new! It makes you wonder if anyone actually spent much time in the driver's seat. Hopefully you can rectify that soon. LOL MINIs are a hoot to drive!

I've also owned an assortment of vehicles through the years. I've owned several VWs. My first was a '78 diesel Rabbit, then a '85 turbo diesel Jetta, and then a '84 Scirocco. Between the Jetta and the Scirocco, I owed a Porsche 928. I won't bother to mention all the vehicles since the 90s. I'll say this much: I still think my MINI is hands down the most fun vehicle to drive. Big smile

I hope to see you at a club event in the near future. Do keep in touch...

Cheers,
Brenda

P.S. By the way... PW is a great color. It goes with just about anything. Wink
