I'll post photos here, but hopefully someone can bring the great photos posted by works2009 over here from the other thread.

Thank you Seattle MINI and NW MINI for hosting such a fun drive and brunch! Thumbs Up I did not get to the BBQ yesterday, but heard that it was great too. Thank you FROST Donuts for another superb round of donuts! Thumbs Up
Thank you to Linda, Stacie and Bruce for planning a great route! Thumbs Up And, Thank you to GUMBY who risked life and limb to clear a path into the traffic for us and keep the group together! Thumbs Up

We started out in a drizzle, but it didn't dampen the fun of seeing all those MINIs cruising together. Big smile  Hope everyone who went on to Portland, and those who are on their way to MTTS, had/have a spectacular time!

MINIs wait patiently at Seattle MINI while their drivers eat donuts.

Superb as always Genie B - Wish I could have been there but family obligations have me baking in Boise - hit 100 again today.  Thanks to all who are posting pictures of the two events - can't tell you how good those rain clouds ad 60 degree tempretures look from here -

Were there really 46 MINI's for the donut run?   That is a great turnout for the club and shows great support for the Mini Dealers who support our club!

Thanks Genie B for posting the terrific pictures!  I would also like to echo the thanks to Seattle Mini, Northwest Mini, Frost Donuts and Linda, Stacie and Bruce for planning and leading a fun drive!!    WooHoo

And a special thanks to Gumby for risking the wrath of Puget Sound drivers as he handled the "back door" position with great skill!!

It was challenging to get photos of the Countryman with the very large crowd but below are a few.

The turnout at Northwest Mini was amazing -

I'm glad I got to make it on Sunday and meet up with the group coming down from Seattle MINI in Des Moines.  Smile  However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the Countryman actually was sitting at NW MINI yesterday morning.  I'm not sure what happened there...  I thought we were going to follow the Countryman to NW MINI.  Despite that minor disappointment, it was a blast driving to NW MINI to check it out.

Bummer that I missed the Seattle MINI BBQ party due to working on Saturday, but following the Countryman towards Portland, OR was a hootBig smile  Our group of 6 (7?) MINIs followed it to Longview and then we took some fun twistie roads made just for MINIs (or you'd think so anyway LOL) and came into Portland from the back door around 4:30 pm.  Rasmussen MINI in Portland had quite a spread of food.  I had to take off a little early (5 pm) to purchase some "items" and take advantage of tax-free savings (about $330 saved). Wink  Good thing the Apple store was patient with me.  I didn't get out of there until nearly 6:45p (and they close at 6p!).  Shocked  I sure wish I could've followed the Countryman all the way to MTTS and MITM, but duty calls.  Oh well, it was an honor to set my sights on her/him.  She's a beauty! BowDown

Thanks to all who organized the drives and thanks to the MINI dealers for hosting a great party to celebrate the new MINI Countryman.  Clap

Oh, and here's the one (sadly) photo I took yesterday at NW MINI:

I think I'm in the right thread, great fun at the BBQ, sorry couldn't make the Sunday run, I think my MINI slept in...

Currently putting together the Seattle BBQ clip, will be up shortly.  I got to the food line late, need help in listing what food/deserts were available at the BBQ for the clip.
I saw the folowing main dishes - Pulled pork, ribs, corn bread, mac & cheese (Did I miss any?)
Deserts - ?

ThanksBowDown

Hi Ed,

Re:  Feedback thread. Turns out 2 of us were posting at about the same time, and it ended up in separate threads! There are still great photos from minicrazy09 on the other feedback thread, so be sure to check them out.

Wow! I'm reading the BBQ food list and it's just about dinner time . . . yum!  Looking forward to your always awesome video . . . I better not watch it hungry though!

Cheers!

Lots of great picutures Clap on both both threads. Love MINI line-up mirror shot. Was that chocolate cake?

I guess it wouldn't be a BBQ without cole slaw. Thanks.

Freddie (the Yellow Lab) and I had a great time!  A little ways into the curvy section it occurred to me that Freddie had never ridden in such conditions, and I briefly wondered if he might get car sick.  He did not, so I am promoting him to "Official Co-Pilot".
