I just had car tuned and I need to send Data log to the tuner in Arizona, so that they can tweak the tune. I'm seeking recommendations, for a shop with a dyno… JR

SpeedFactory did the dyno end for Jan's custom tuning of MINIs in early 2013, early 2012, and mid 2008 when I indulged.  I don't recall anyone being dissatisfied, though there were a couple who brought issues with them that made tuning work more of a challenge than it should have been.

That would also be my suggestion.  I have watched them do the Jan Tunes on 2 occasions, and while you are there you might inquire about the Honda's that are lurking in the corner of their shop; really fast high HP!!

Yes, and has been said above, if your car needs something like plugs, gaskets, belts, etc. the dyno will find fault and the tuner might be able to tell you what you need.  Having plugs and belts onhand (you can return unused parts) helps.

I wish there was a local MINI Dealership, like our Honda, Subaru, Mazada and VW.

If you are closer to Auburn, you could try hitting up Tork Motorsports, they dyno'd my MCS a few weeks ago.

Do they have the same type of dyno that Tacoma Speed Factory uses?

Not a roller machine but a bolt onto the front hubs machine?
