Just a reminder to everyone to put on your creative caps and get your submissions completed for the T-shirt & Grill badge contest for this event. We would love to be able to showcase some of the great talent in the club via the 2009 All MINI Car Show at LeMay. Reminder that submissions are due no later than July 7th to be eligible. For anyone thinking about volunteering, just come. It's a good excuse for a DRIVE, on a SUNNY DAY, to have a BEER with MINI friends, work with a chairman who is EASYGOING, and also discuss the STONEHENGE DRIVE just a day away.

Update 5/27/09: Just a reminder that we are holding our kick-off planning meeting for the LeMay Car Show tomorrow (Thursday) at 6PM at the Pyramid Brewery in Seattle. Would love to have some more planners. If you you would like to join us and help out with this great event we would love to see you there. If you are not sure then come anyway and have a beer with us...after a round or two I'm sure we can talk you into it! :) See you there!

Ok folks...time to get the planning in gear for this great annual event!. I need more volunteers to help in the planning effort (we will try to minimize the number of meetings and divide up the work so it's not too time consuming). Please let me know if you can help. I'd like to propose we have our kick-off planning meeting on Thursday, May 28th @ 6PM in the Seattle area (maybe at Pyramid Brewery since M's are out of town?). Anyway hope a bunch of you can make it. Thanks!
