Has anyone had any troubles with hand applied wax staining their bonnet stripes, It is finally time for another wax job and the thought crossed my mind. I dont think NWMINI uses hand applied wax. I use Meguire Carnuba at the moment |

I've never had a problem with wax. But if you use a claybar to clean the paint watch the stripes..that stuff sticks to the edges and it won't come off.

I use 1/4 inch painters tape on the edge of my stripes and other places when I clean, wax and polish. I find if I take the time to tape, I don't have the clay and wax residue on the edges or the black portions of the mini. Well worth the extra effort.
