I was in Frost Doughnuts tonight talking with one of the owners, a new Mini Cooper S Mayfair (the 50th hot chocolate special edition). He's already talking about setting up a Mini meet at their store and the possibility of a Mini shaped doughnut. More Mini's may be joining their stable as well.
Hopefully we see them on the board soon and there'll be yet another excuse to make the roadtrip up there for Bacon Maple Bars Big smile

Sounds good!  I love the Mayfair - is it an owner's personal car or an advertising vehicle.  Might be a good excuse to go check out donuts!  If he wants us.....we will come!

It's one of the owners personal cars, a 2nd (of 3) owners, wants to hit the Mini dealer this weekend to possibly get one of his own as well.
Definitely stop in ;) I like the idea of a Mini shaped doughnut

HELLO MINI FANS! :)

My name is Daniel and I am one (of 3) owners of FROST Doughnuts in Mill Creek. Thanks to n1tr0 for mentioning us on the forum!

I took delivery of my new MINI last week and I am in LOVE! I have had a lot of different cars at all price-points throughout the years, and I must say that the MINI puts the biggest smile on my face! Her name is Cricket. Smile

We are thinking about doing some type of MINI-specific event - so your suggestions are most definitely welcome! And if you stop in at FROST, be sure to say HI!

Welcome Daniel. I've been to Frosted twice and love their glazed donuts.  Parked Cheetah across the street since I was shopping at Central Market.  Next time I stop I'll look for Cricket.  Looking forward to a donut & coffee get together.

Daniel - are there still donuts around 11am? (Want to work-off some of the calories before putting them in Smile) Or are you all cleaned out by then?

So, are we going to do this?  11:00 at Frost Doughnuts on Saturday?  Is that the earliest everyone can get there, Greg?  (No worries, just parking might be more crowded then.)
 
We'll be there and I'll move this to planned events since we have at least a few of us crazy for donuts coming!  They did have bacon maple bars when I was in last week and talked to Daniel about what he'd need to make MINI shaped donuts.  I'm going to drop off one of Fred's cookie cutters and see what he thinks.  (Fred has offered to customize one any size for him, btw.)

10am probably makes more sense for most folks.
My wife and I have a bit of a routine on Saturday morning for exercise - but maybe we can move it around a bit :) If nothing else - we will be there by 11.
I'll also try to drag along some friends who are picking up their Pepper White Clubmand (also JCW) on Friday!

The earlier the better as far as I am concerned.  9:00 would be just fine for me.  That leaves lots more time for playing MINI's in the parking lot and still doing some yard work to burn off the consumables.

FROST's other owner (there are 3 of us) loved my new MINI so much, he went out and bought one himself! A 2010 Mini Cooper Hardtop in Sparkling Silver w/Tuscan Beige interior. Now to work on our third partner! :)
