Thanks to ALL that participated, attended, and supported the ABFM this year. I know Arnie Taub was smiling through it all and we did him proud! We had a great turnout and enjoyed visiting with friends old and new! Thanks for stopping by. PSMINI was well represented.
Ina, Jack, and I enjoyed talking with Alex Duncan, member number 8! He shared some great stories with us about early days of the new MINI in this area and his experiences!
Congratulations to all the winners and thanks everyone for coming out!

I have to second what Linda said - this was a very special ABFM for MINIs - old and new - and a tribute to Arnie Taub and his family and the other volunteers who carried on to have a successful show. Thanks to all who came and I hope you had a good experience.

It was a GREAT day!! We had a wonderful time (as always) with the club!!! I know A LOT of work went into this so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to the winners!! PSMINI was well represented in the winners circle.

I kept hoping I'd be done with my other duties in time to make it as a spectator and supporter, but I couldn't make it happen. Sounds like there was a good turnout and that everyone had a great time. I'm looking forward to seeing photos!

Linda took 1st place with WOODSTOCK and Leanne took 2nd place with CATLVR in the convertible class. I'm not sure who got 1st and 2nd in the MINI hardtops.

Stella won a prize and Gumby got 2nd Place in the Coupe / Cabrio class. Official results will be posted in a couple days on the ABFM site. I'll post them here when they show up.

Wow- I'm the first with pictures? If I had known, I would have taken more and better ones. Here goes:
 Thanks for letting us park together!   Long shots of the row of new MINIs.  Here's looking down the row of original Minis.  Gumby (Byrne Kelly) standing by to answer any spectator questions.  Did this win anything? I thought it was a gorgeous little car.  Vary sharp looking truck.  I found out the front is supposed to do this!  That was good of Seattle MINI to show up. They brought some neat cars with them.  Looking the other way at the row of MINIs.  A moment after this, the woman in the photo pointed at Stacie's Silk Green MINI. All women who walked by pointed at her car. Because it's a girly color. They probably all said, I want one in that color!  These fries were meant to be shared. Notice the tiny paper tray under them!   We had a nice turnout.  Always nice to see Jdubya's car with the interior that matches mine.  I love this color and stripe combination.  Another beautiful classic.    Congratulations to our hardware winners pictured and also Byrne and Mark and Judy-Jo (not pictured). Did I miss anybody? Linda apparently thinks it's a pendant. Sorry Martin - no counts. I'll try to get them from the ABFM folks. I know Sue Taub was pleased with the MINI turnout - we filled most of the space available and had a good sample of old and new Minis. Seattle MINI really did a lot to support this show and brought some nice cars for display.

Thanks for posting all the great pictures....Am sure someone will send an "official" thanks for Seattle MINI for both the nice cars they brough....but the bottomless cooler of cold bottled water.
Sadly....DB failed to win any iron.....but now that I have seen how Leanne (Cat liver) pimps votes....I'll be better prepared next time.

Looks like an awesome time. I wish I could have made it. I'm so busy with wedding work this time of year, I rarely get any time off. My next full weekend off is the weekend of my birthday and the picnic. Just in time!
