Looking for tool to borrow or buy. In desperate need for one. My car broke down. I thought it was the battery but it wasn't it. It my alternator. It went out. I've called around every auto part store and dealer. No one carries it. Looking for one somewhere close to north seattle.
Thanks |

What kind and year is your car? I've got the R50 tool but I suspect that from your screen name you own an "S" model, and the tensioner is different for those. I also suspect that the second generation MINI tensioners are different altogether.

My car is r53 but I've got a hold of kurt and I'm going to have him work on the car. He can get it done a lot faster than I can. Plus he has all the tools for mini. Thanks
