I am painting the interior walls of our house this weekend, and was wondering if anyone would like to help? I could use as much help as possible. I am starting Friday, because I have to tape around stuff and remove outlet covers and other stuff.

I can provide beer and non-alcoholic refreshments. Pizza for lunch too. The more the merrier. We are in east Olympia. I will post the address with directions and my cell # Thursday night if I get any positive responses.

Thank you in advance!

Wayne and Marlene

If I wen't hacking up my lungs I would offer to help.  I don't think the paint fumes will be much help to me though...

More details? OK. I bought 16 cans of paint today. I don't know if I will need them all or not, but I can take back whatever I don't open. Basically, the priority rooms are all the bedrooms, the complete basement, and the living/dining room.

Here is the address:

3734 Oxford Loop SE

Olympia, WA

The easiest way to get there is from exit 111 off I-5. Follow Marvin Road South. Eventually you come to a roundabout, go straight through, it is still Marvin road. Keep going until you pass Evergreen Elementary School. Take the first right after that onto Lake Forrest Rd(You will pass another Lake Forrest Road before the elementary school, do not take that one). Then turn left onto Oxford Dr, and left again onto Oxford Loop. It is the white house on the next to the empty lot. You should see my car there also.

Hope to see some smiling faces, I will be there all weekend from 08:00 or 09:00 until about 17:00.

My cell # is 718-913-5645

So much for leaving at 17:00, I finished tonight at 21:00. Tomorrow I plan to start at 07:30. I painted a couple ceilings today, but have to put another coat on in the morning. I think I'll be painting after work all week.

I am finished painting! I put up all new blinds, and did I mention that I installed laminate flooring a couple weeks ago?

Anyway, now we are in the cleanup and organize phase. Look forward to getting our furniture soon as well.

congrats on getting the painting done!  I know how that is.  It seems like a great idea, and then about half way through you swear you will never do it again.
