Quick question for ya all..

coming from Fort Worth where we were lucky enough to have 3 mini dealerships.

i have a question about Seattle mini.

our convertible has a yellow service light in and we plan to take it in to Seattle mini.

does Seattle mini give loaner cars why our mini would be in the shop?

any issues with the dealership?

Yes they have loners.. You can check availability on their website. I think you need to register and "fake" an appointment in order to see the availability through the month.

Seattle MINI is one of our sponsors and you'll receive a discount for being a paid member on service and parts.  Great to deal with.

+1 for Seattle MINI.

I wish there was a local MINI Dealership, like our Honda, Subaru, Mazada and VW.

Yes but they like to know ahead of time, being a club member helps.

Think discount of 10% on parts.  It all adds up.

Do you have access to a code reader?  Might help to know what code is showing. If it is something like a loose hose it could save the trouble of a trip.  Pat

Yes loaners depending on the issue. Something like a service light they won't know what they need to do until they can read the code so may not schedule a loaner nd then that day could get interesting. It's best to call their service department and take it in when they can either reserve a loaner or know one will be available once they know how long they will need to keep the MINI.

I actually like the service department at Seattle MINI but, as with most service departments, it helps to know and ask questions about what's going on. To Onramp's point... If you can get the code read it will prepare both you and MINI for what work may be needed and how long it will take before you get there.
