If you haven't done so yet be sure and mark your calendars for a great opportunity on May 29th! If you are free Memorial Day weekend you will want to come on down to the free Car Car Clinic at the new Griot's facility in Tacoma! We will be starting at 10AM, but try and be there around 9:30 to take a peak around at this amazing new facility! Griot's reps will be demonstrating their awesome products and showing you around their new facility. Time to get your car all cleaned up for the Spring driving season! See you there!

That is sooo funny! I was just looking for this because I didn't see it on the events calendar and I remember hearing something about it being at the end of May but I couldn't find it anywhere and then suddenly this popped up! Sure, I was just there recently but it is such a cool place that I intend to go again. I'll be there.

After spending a few minutes on the Griots site...and reading some of the huge content available.....am convinced that everything I know about "car care" is bunk. What cloths to use?, what wax to use?, how wax and polish are different....whoa!...too much to know.
Am hoping this adventure/event will include some guidance/instruction about what to use....more importanly what not to use...on the MINI. (read the piece on using dish soap to wash your car.....OUCH!)
This is great stuff...a great event for new and old owners...gearheads all.

You will learn all you ever wanted to know Tom. They ususally pick a few cars from the attendees and do some demos on them to show how their products work and they will answer any of your questions. It's well worth it.
