This is the header I bought off E-Bay from AP1AP2 for 152.00 shipped there are 3 other vendors that sell the same one 152 to 170. The cat I bought is a Vibrant 7100 metal core you can find on line from 100.00 to 140.00 I had it welded in at Stans headers for an additional 100.00. It has not thrown any codes and the O2 sensors seem to work fine. approx 400.00 for header with high flow cat. seems to be well made, talking with the header shop they have seen failures at the flex joint with some after market headers only time will tell.  pic header w/o and header w/cat

Loud, but bearable. It's the right sound to me, not sure if the neighborhood would agree. 
We should compare sometime.
