I signed up too.  Haven't gassed up enough to really get an average yet.

Isn't forced restraint helpful... Smile
I am averaging 31mpg - BUT - I am sure this is because I am still working through my break-in miles (at 800 now); and am not supposed to go full throttle or over 4500rpm....
We'll see what happens when I am let loose...

This is interesting and will remind me to keep receipts for a running total.  I average about 29 around town, 35 (on level ground) towing my kayak trailer w/kayak, and 39 on the hwy cruising @ the speed limit or a bit over.

got most of mine up loaded, I will start collecting receipts again, my winter months and foot seem to pull the mpg down LOL
If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough.

Well, I was happy to see I'm not the only 2006 MCS getting 26 mpg or less.  Smile  That's all-around-driving, but I do seem to have a lead foot after having the 15% smaller pulley installed and the exhaust and intake redone.  LOL

I don't think that this site ever got posted because I believe it is fairly new. But once there you can build your own profile and look at others to see what they are getting for mpg.http://www.fuelly.comhttp://www.fuelly.com/car/mini/cooper sEnjoyJohn
