Mt Baker Run Feedback

Great turnout today for the run! Weather was a little wierd. Started out at Smokey Point in the fog then got to then turned to beautiful sun and 70+ when we climbed out of Skagit Valley and into B'ham. Driving up to Baker was nice then a few showers. Up at Artist Point it was foggy and cool. On the way down broke through the clouds for some nice views of Mt Shuksan then it rained nearly all the way back to B'ham...then sun from Chuckanut on home! Had 27 cars show up including 5 or 6 of our friends to the North. Was great seeing so many new people as well. Thanks everyone for coming along!

To Everyone...A huge Thank You to all of you for making me feel so welcomed today on the drive. Thanks for being so tolerant of my "virgin" drive.  It was a blast!  I had so much fun and I have much to learn about Percy.  Looking forward to the 7th.  See you there!

Dave's not here wrote: Great pics on the other forum.  You guys don't know what you missed with the Chuckanut drive.  Ok, it was a little dusty at times, mainly the three "moving chicanes" we encountered on the drive.  I could tell when the S's got on it when: it got real dusty; and  I detected a hot exhaust odor and then saw the red one if front of me get smaller.  No problem though, just add a little right foot and some late braking and I was there again.  Lots of fun, thanks again Martin for organizing this one.

Great pictures everyone!  Sorry to hear about your little dog and glad he is doing better!  Roger and I had a great time yesterday and look forward to seeing everyone 08/28/10 :)  We forgot our camera yesterday, so I hope you all don't mind if we take a few of your photo's from here :)

I have a radio that someone loaned me for Sat's drive.  I have no idea who it belongs to.
I left Bellingham on my own to visit w/girlfriend.  Did not find it until I got home yesterday.
Any suggestions who to send it to or possible owner?
