In case you didn't hear, Seattle MINI has a new Service Manager (as seen in their online e-news):
 
Seattle MINI welcomes our new Service Manager!

Seattle MINI is proud to announce our newest addition to our management team. Ryan Ogilvy, an Australian native, joins us from a Mercedes-Benz dealer in San Diego. Ryan is committed to our brand, mission statement, has an open door, and encourages feedback on your experience in our service department. He is looking forward to meeting our clientele and working closely with our service and parts department in efforts to create the best Motoring experience for our MINI customers.

Ryan has relocated here from San Diego with his family (brand new son!)

I talked to the new Service manager today regarding my issues with the free inspection and all I can say is this guy seems to be a real stand up guy looking to fix a problem.  I do believe he will boost the communication problems Seattle Mini has with their customers and themselves.  I really feel that sometimes all people want is too be heard me included.  Thanks Seattle Mini!!!
