Just bought 2006 mini s with auto transmission. Car has only 49,900. I got ALL fluids drained and replaced. I wanted transmission done too but they told me (ABC Auto Repair)there was a warning label on transmission noting lifetime on fluid. I have no leaks so they said I would be ok till at least 100,000. What do I do? I drive moderately but like to kick it and don't want issues later. Thanks.

Leave it until 100k or until the valve body fails at about 75k. The valve body will fail even if you change the fluid and at 49k miles the fluid will be perfectly fine condition.
