Got home last night & there was a package waiting for us from Seattle MINI.  Opened it up & Rachel had sent a new t-shirt to Martin.  Said it reminded her of him due to the "Wild" reference on the shirt.
 
Now, that's what I call great service and an awesome memory.  I love how the MINI folks remember our names & are sure to say hello when we stop by (both at Northwest and now at Seattle).  Just one more reason to love my MINI! WooHoo

Rachel @ Seattle Mini is great!  Very nice to deal with and on top of her game.
 
Kyle, the service manager is another good person to deal with and I'm glad he made the move up to Seattle Mini.
 
Thought I'd really miss Bert----------SA at NW Mini. Great guy and always seemed to be in good spirits and worked with you on getting your car in and serviced.
 
People like them really make a HUGE difference!

Another great service experience with Rachel:  Linda and I had my car in for a small repair (antenna base replacement).  It was raining a little but we decided to walk down to Star$ anyway and mentioned to Rachael that we'd be back in a couple of hours, the estimated time fro the repair.  When may car was finished early, she sent a car down to pick us up at Star$.  That is SERVICE!

I love Rachel!  Anne & Martin, when I was there yesterday she was telling me that she sent you a special gift and showed it to me.  LOVE IT! I thought that was so awesome that she did that "just because".  Her and Rick have been very accomodating through my transmission troubles these last few days.  Can't say enough good things about Seattle MINI service thus far!

How's about Northwest Mini Service?

....... (who) at Northwest Mini is awesome?  I am new with my little 2007 cooper s, the service and break lights come up, I need to take to Northwest Mini. It will be my first time at NW Mini service, but the car is not.  So if you have any suggestions/comments about my first time at NW Service, please give me some inputs.
