I believe we are in for that too!  The drive to get there is a nice drive and side trip abound, like a drive up Hurricane Ridge?

Cheetah's always ready for a parade. Especially since its close to Ed & Alma & the Guard home base. Maybe they can plan a drive after the parade? Unless the lavender fields are abloom i.e. heavy traffic.

The Lavender Festival is in July, so no worries about the low bushy plant gazersClap  My wife and I go there to look at plants at other times of the year.

http://www.bbonline.com/wa/redcaboose/ Squim is one of our favorite places to get away. We have spent the night at the Red Caboose B&B Where you can sleep in a real Caboose and have breakfast in the dinner car (former Andy's Tukwilla dinner's car) and the host and hostes are very nice and excellent cooks! It is booked up already but worth checking out if your looking for somthing different to do.

This might be fun.  As was already said, the drive there is really nice.

Mark your calendars.  By my count, 8 cars have an itch to go.  That's enough for an entry, but we should keep it open for others to join over the next couple weeks.

Meeting point will be determined by designated holding area.  Unless we'd like to roll into town together from a 9-10AM late breakfast in Port Gamble.

My retired parents live in Sequim and my father is involved in the event.  It's likely we could have designated group parking at the post-parade goings on.

Stay tuned for full itinerary in a couple weeks.

Sounds like fun.  I'm in and a drive up Hurrican Ridge would be nice!Cool  I'll keep a eye out for a meeting time to drive over from the Tacoma area.

PFFLYER:

"Unless we'd like to roll into town together from a 9-10AM late breakfast in Port Gamble."  That sounded good for us, does it work for anybody else?

We are so in!

We'll probably bring Cream Puff, but want to make sure she is dressed appropriately.  Is there a theme for the MINIs?

I love it!  And several of us already have the wind-up toy already assembled.

Michael!

For entrance to Olympic National Park there is no fee for Seniors 62 or older, or Disabled Persons(no age limitations).  The Pass costs an initial $10 and is good for a lifetime.  It allows a vehicle, driver and passengers, admission to the park for free.

Working on the "Sprinkler theme"...

We will be in Port Gamble for sure, 2 people, Stephen & spouse.

Stephen

Sprinklers and wind up toys?  Hmmm.....does that mean we should bring squirt guns?

Guns and flowers?  Strange mix.  Now a rainbird that worked on the roof of a Mini would be great!!

Guns and Roses? Are they still around? Now that would look cool as a MINI roof design.

Axel Rose might still be alive but I do not think the band still plays.

This is about as good as I can do.

I am still working on a Rainbird and a Mini...
