Next year's Mini Meet West is in Bend, OR.  The host hotel is the Riverhouse Resort, this was the host hotel for the Oregon Festival of Cars.  Very nice facility.  June 18-20.

Not really.

MMW 2010 was more or less same schedule.

Long enough that it doesn't fit on a weekend anyway, especially with travel to and from the middle of nowhere (Apologies to Bend, OR) taking the days on either end.   

Probably cheaper hotel rates then too, with people staying Monday night through Thursday and not using those precious (expensive) weekend days.

Thanks for posting the photo. I really wanted to go to this as a spectator, at least now I don't feel as badly about not being able to go.

That is at the Mt Bachelor Ski area parking lot. Not unusual for snow even in the summer. The ski area is opening for summer operation in a few weeks.

Brrrrr! Me no like cold. I'm glad I sat this one out. I've been rather preoccupied with a horse rescue. She's a young 2 year old filly (along with 8 other horses) that almost made it to Canada for slaughter but the truck pulling the trailer broke down on the way up north from California.
