I had a very nice discussion with John Zahn yesterday. John has agreed to be a sponsor for PSMINI. Paid PSMINI members will now get a 10% discount, they will have a paid memberlist on site and they will offer excellent service to any PSMINI member.

John and Matt are willing to do any service. They have already done alot of service for other members and some MINI owners that are not PSMINI members.
If you need service or just want to stop by they are in Redmond.
Maybe we can talk them into holding a tech day this summer.
Join me in welcoming John and Matt to PSMINI.

Actually, that is the one of the few parts he didn't help me install. He was, however, nice enough to spend a lot of time helping me troubleshoot a sway bar install and then didn't want to charge me for his time. How often do you get that from techs?
They are good guys and they do good work!

Very cool! I went to an "automotive 101" class he had about a year ago, and it was really helpful just to get an understanding of the basics of how your car works and how not to get ripped off by mechanics. He seems like a really honest guy, and I was definitely planning on taking my car to him once my warranty runs out. Plus, it's a tad bit closer to the eastside than driving all the way to Fife.

I took my MINI to John and Matt today to get my 15% pulley installed. These guys were great to work with. They allowed me to hang out in the shop and watch them work rather than drop the car off or sit in the waiting room.
Highly recommended.

One thing to add, they are moving their shop in the coming weeks to get into a larger facility. It's a bit cramped in their current location. They will be moving to a location over by Willows Road in Redmond.

CINIMIN is spending the night there and tomorrow gets the Koni FSD's and the sway-bar installed. We talked to John and Matt when we dropped CINIMIN off and they seemed like very knowledgeable, honest, and personable car guys - nice to have them in the MINI community.

Woo-Hoo! Congratulations Jack & Linda! Glad to hear you're getting the dust off of those parts and putting them to use.

Thanks Ken - Of course this means I'll have to give up building Linda's MINI one part at a time. May have to think seriously about purchasing all the parts in an assembled package...
Looking forward to trying the new setup on the Yakima run this weekend...

Just got my pulley installed today at zahntech. Wonderful people, fast installation, even let me hover over them as they did it, and ask all sorts of questions. 1st class place!
